Noisy fridge, cockroaches, and uncollected rubbish made our experience uncomfortable. the convenient location near shopping and attractions like Cazalys Cairns and the scenic Ivan Evans Walk added a silver lining to our trip. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The total stay was very nice during the holidays. We booked budget king room with swimming pool view. The bathroom was large. Our accommodation was set in a very central location not far from Close to shops as well as public transport so close. It also was to the shopping center...

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall value for the price we paid, and the room was comfortable for our family stay. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the shopping center, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our visit.
Breakfast offerings could use some variety to enhance the experience.

I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly good, and the room was clean and presentable when I arrived.

It was ok value for money and rooms were clean. Rooms had a good size fridge in them. The staff were very friendly. Would I stay there again? Probably not as I did not get much sleep but that was probably due to the circumstances fo the private function. If you are looking for well priced clean accommodation then ok.
Found the pillows hard and they had a function on in the restaurant that night so we were unable to get dinner or a drink at the bar. Also the noise from the band could be heard in our room up until just after midnight. Airconditioners are box so are also noisy but had to put the aircon on as you could hear the noise of people talking late into the night from the neighbours behind the motel.

No signs anywhere, terrible communication, and I had to park far away and walk back alone at 2 AM. Super sketchy!

Unfortunately we only had a very short stay in Cairns & at your hotel & were only there late in the evening & had to leave early morning so really didnt have time to appreciate the facilities at the hotel. However we did find the staff perticularly pleasant & helpfull which is great when you are in a city you are not familiar with.Thankyou for a pleasant stay & we will return someday & reccomend your hotel to others

The room, while it didn't receive service during my three days, was still a comfortable space to unwind in, with a cozy atmosphere that encouraged relaxation.
The room was less than ideal, as it was quite dirty and felt stuffy due to the lack of fresh air. I found the lighting to be a bit too dim for my liking, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.

The night decorations were impressive and the staff were sometimes able to rectify problems.
The bar and reception area were closed and alarmed at around 10.00 P.M. This was a big problem. I also killed 3 cockroaches in Room 17. I did not mention this at the time so as not to disturb my mother. Leaving used food trays in the corridor during the day seemed to me to be an obvious cause of the insect hazard.

The hotel was beautiful with free wifi. My budget double room was cheap, truly enjoyed it. There was yummy food, the staff was very welcoming. The friendly service and the attention to detail! There were good pool, ample parking, nonetheless I liked property's particularly good views more...
